  • Guest：Unzen is a magical place, with all the volcanic steam rising from the ground and the lush greenery dotting the town. I thought it was truly beautiful and this KAI hotel made it doubly special. The services were top-notch, the kaiseiki dinners delicious and interesting, and room was good sized. I am not a fan of traditional Japanese ryokans, so this was a good compromise, and I enjoyed myself there very much!
